Finally, it's beach weather!!!! My favourite time of year. We went to the closest beach to our house...one and a half hours away...so it's not very picturesque...but it's still the ocean!

Renee - promise me when you move back here and you let your kids go to the beach (which yes, is much more picturesque then those in Japan and not likely to have a nucleur power plant near them - at least that is my experience in japan) that you won't let Jo wear that ever so Japanese beach hat! PROMISE ME! ;)-
